Continuing on your way toward Cize-Bolozon, you’ll find its 73-meter-high viaduct, towering over the Ain River. For hiking enthusiasts, climb the small mountains and marvel at the breathtaking view from the Rochers de Jarbonnet. Take a moment to admire the tranquil power of the Ain River and its wild, unspoiled natural surroundings. For swimming, head to Île Chambod with its recreational center, or to Lac de Bouvent near Bourg-en-Bresse, which also has a golf course nearby. A history buff? Don’t miss the Royal Monastery of Brou in Bourg-en-Bresse. Let yourself be transported by this magnificent Gothic masterpiece. The Apothicairerie is a unique spot, featuring an old-fashioned pharmacy and a library full of secrets. This vacation home is located on the property of the owners, who are happy to help you explore the region. A place of relaxation dedicated to the serenity of the pond in front of the cottage. The calm is sometimes interrupted by the croaking of frogs, adding a natural touch to the atmosphere (during mating season, usually in the spring). During the cooler months, the wood-burning stove provides gentle warmth and a cozy atmosphere. Single-story house. The main entrance opens onto a fully equipped kitchen with access to the living area, which features a 140-size sofa bed. A sleeping area with a 140*190 bed. A bathroom with a toilet and two laundry/closet areas. A private covered terrace (15m²) with a view of the pond and its frogs. Travel light: everything is included—beds made upon arrival, bath linens, and utilities. Cleaning service is optional. Secure parking in the courtyard, electric heating, and a wood-burning stove.
