Upstairs, the three bedrooms, with their original parquet floors and carefully designed botanical wallpaper and ornate headboards, offer flexible layouts ideal for families. The two contemporary bathrooms, one featuring a double vanity on a raw wood countertop and the other adorned with geometric tiles, provide all the necessary comforts for everyday life. Activities for every taste: Whether you're seeking adrenaline or relaxation, the surrounding environment offers an inexhaustible playground in close collaboration with the bees below and the local wildlife. You can start in the barn, which houses a ping-pong table, a foosball table, and other games for your enjoyment. As soon as the weather warms up, head out onto the mountain biking trails and hiking paths accessible just 50 meters from the house, visit the spectacular Charabotte Waterfall with its 115-meter cascade nestled in nature (12 km away), or enjoy the 42 hectares of greenery and water sports at the Cormoranche lake, located 35 kilometers away. In winter, put on your snowshoes or hit the cross-country ski and sledding trails at the La Praille Nordic Area. Located between 850 and 1234 meters above sea level, the Nordic area offers thrills for all levels, just a short distance away. Technical details of your holiday accommodation: Access to the cottage is via 6 steps. On the raised ground floor, you'll find a large kitchen-living room and a lounge with a fireplace. Upstairs, the three bedrooms each have three single beds (90x200 cm), two of which can be converted into a double bed. The cottage has two bathrooms, one with an en-suite toilet in the Terra Cotta bedroom, as well as a second separate bathroom and a separate toilet with a washbasin. For your comfort: linens and utilities are included in the rental price. Additional charges apply for bed linens, towels, and cleaning. An electric vehicle charging point is available as an option. The cottage is semi-detached to the owner's workshop and is heated by a pellet stove. Parking is available in front of the cottage.
