Clément has taken over a 4.5ha vineyard in the Bas-Bugey region. Here, he cultivates the local grape varieties, including Altesse and Mondeuse. The young winemaker avoids the tractor and continues to use his antique ratchet presses, always with a smile!
The vineyards of this young winegrower, originally from the corner of France, are located between Montagnieu, Lhuis, Groslée and Nord-Isère (Bouvesse-Quirieu).
After pressing the grapes the old-fashioned way, using a manual vertical press, his wine is aged for six months in the cellars of his traditional Bugiste home.
