Moulin Nicolas products are made for you, with the strict minimum.
With no preservatives, additives or colorants, my cereal products are made with raw materials from organic farming, and with a great deal of passion.

Our manufacturing processes, such as low-temperature drying for pasta, cold-pressing for oils and the stone mill, guarantee the nutritional and taste quality of our products.

You'll find a wide range of pasta products, white and semi-complete, plain or with spices.
A range of flours: wheat, spelt, buckwheat, corn and polenta.
Sunflower, rapeseed, linseed and camelina oils

Moulin Nicolas is the brainchild of Nicolas, a lifelong farmer, who in 2012 decided to create his own range of products from these crops. Then Blandine, his daughter, joined the adventure in 2020.

Direct sales :
- at the farm on Friday afternoons from 2 pm to 6 pm.
- at the Bourg-en-Bresse market, every other Saturday - odd-numbered weeks (under the covered market).

Present in various producers' stores, delicatessens and organic stores.
