Looking for nature and adventure with dogs?
The sled dogs will help you discover the Jura and its wooded pastures by the side roads, in summer on a cani-rando to discover the sublime Valserine valley, and with a visit to the polar dog park, and in winter on sledges as a passenger or driver for all levels. Gérard, a professional musher, welcomes you to Mijoux in the Haut-Jura. He'll help you discover the life of a pack, understand them, touch them and feed them.
Plan to arrive 30 to 45 minutes in advance, so that you can get ready in comfort. As the site is a little isolated, the parking lot is a 10-minute walk from the kennels. A bit of walking to start the adventure!
Equipment to bring:
- Footwear: ski boots with crampons and tight laces
- Short sports-style coat
- Helmet mandatory (provided by musher if needed)
- Gloves mandatory
- Goggles or mask recommended
Online booking only
