Welcome to Ambutrix, in the heart of the Ain department, in a lush setting in the heart of the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region.

5 km from Ambérieu-en-Bugey, the Rosemary family home is nestled on the first floor of the owners' house. This accommodation combines modern comfort with a relaxing setting.
Immerse yourself in the medieval town of Pérouges and why not taste a local specialty? There are numerous hiking trails for young and old, and for nature lovers. For climbers, there's treetop adventure. There's something for everyone. Visit the Château des Allymes, perched on the hills.

From the moment you arrive at the cottage, you'll be captivated by the warm and inviting atmosphere. The living area opens onto a modern, fully equipped kitchen, which blends harmoniously with the parquet flooring, bringing a touch of softness and warmth to the space, creating a cozy, welcoming atmosphere. The bedroom offers a 140x190cm bed in warm tones.

From your window, you can admire a magnificent wooded garden, a true haven of peace that you can fully enjoy. The owners' swimming pool (10x5 - 1m - 1.75m deep) will provide you with the desired coolness. A shower is available. Various relaxation areas are provided throughout the property: the garden, ideal for reading, boasts a majestic tree, perfect for extending your nap or simply enjoying a quiet moment in the shade.

Access to the cottage is via a hall. The interior staircase leads to a separate entrance: a bright and equipped kitchen, a living room with a 140x190cm bed, a bedroom (140x190cm), a bathroom and toilet.
