Created in 2006 by the Cultures & Cinémas association, the F5C is a cross-border French-Genevan festival.
The 5 Continents Film Festival features:
10 days of the festival.
20 international guests to meet at the theaters.
Several screening venues: Ferney-Voltaire, Gex, Divonne-les-Bains, Saint-Genis-Pouilly, Saint-Julien-en-Genevois, Ornex, Valserhône, Carouge, and Versoix
1 “Village du Monde” (Ferney-Voltaire), a warm and welcoming gathering place.
10 days of cinema, encounters, and emotions centered on “Our Bodies in Motion.” 37 films from around the world, including 10 preview screenings, with guests attending most screenings to share their passion and engage with you.
And because cinema is also about participation, take advantage of free film workshops for all ages: dance, animation for ages 6 and up, and fiction filmmaking workshops for ages 12 to 112. Come create, discover, meet new people, and get excited!
