Stage 15: Champagnole – Solaison Plateau.
The route will pass through the villages of Mijoux, Lélex, and Chézery-Forens.
A 184-km stage.
Various activities will be offered along the route in the villages of the valley.
Chézery-Forens, the Tour’s host village, will feature several activity areas:
- Welcome village
- Official refreshment station for riders
- Introduction to Bleu de Gex cheese
- Food and refreshments
Col de la Faucille & Mijoux:
- Double zip-line descent with cyclists
- Festive atmosphere all day long
- Refreshments and food on site:
Starting at 10 a.m.: Jura-style open-faced sandwiches
Starting at 11:30 a.m.: Full meal for €15: roast pork with Bleu de Gex sauce / French fries / cheese / crumble or tart
- Throughout the day:
Entertainment with Les Fruitiers de la Montagne Jurassienne.
A presentation on milk production, aging, and all the unique characteristics of Bleu de Gex Haut-Jura, followed by a tasting
Performances by the Creux de l’Envers hunting horn ensemble.
Live music with DJ Thanh & Isa
