The Monts Jura resort is organizing a morning cleanup at the Col de la Faucille.
Whether you're coming alone, with friends, or with family, come lend us a hand to make the mountains cleaner!
We invite you to join us in picking up trash along various trails of varying difficulty in the Col de la Faucille ski area. We’ll be picking up whatever we find between the parking lot and the summit of Mont Rond, sometimes using the 4x4 trails and sometimes the ski trails.
As we go, we’ll collect the trash to “categorize” it and gain a better understanding of what’s polluting our mountains. This information will inform discussions among the joint association that operates the ski area, local businesses at the Col, and public authorities to implement measures to reduce waste.
Throughout the day, you can also enjoy the activities at Col de la Faucille (zip line, rail sledding, tree-top adventure course, etc.) as well as the festive atmosphere provided by the local merchants.
We’ll meet at 9:30 a.m. at the Col de la Faucille for more details. Please bring gloves (such as gardening gloves) and a reusable bag.
