Located a short distance from Ambornay Abbey the Auberge de l’Abbaye dates from 1776. Today Michelin star chef Ivan Lavaux proposes a style of cuisine of the highest quality that blends traditional and modern tastes.

Although housed in a historic building this gastronomic restaurant has a very contemporary feel about it. The restaurant offers tasty and up to date cuisine using the best of produce according to the seasons which is prepared with great care and dedication. The establishment has been awarded 1 Michelin star and is also highly recommended by Bottin Gourmand, Gault Millau, Guide du Routard and Guide Hubert.
