This 45 m² chalet can accommodate up to 5 people. Le Valserine and Le Volferine are two independent gîtes at an altitude of 700 m, with shared parking. Access to the gîte is via wooden steps leading to an 8 m² covered terrace facing south. A separate entrance leads to a living area with sofa bed, fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, filter coffee maker + capsules) and dining area. Choice of two bedrooms: one with a 140*190 bed and the other with two 90*190 beds. Shower room with WC partitioned inside. Electric heating. The + : for 5 or 10 people, ideal for getting together with friends or family thanks to these two independent chalets. Sunbathing area + BBQ. Located 200 m from shops (bakery, bar, "vival") and 300 m from hiking trails.
