  • In 2019, Sandra and Didier Goiffon, then owners of La Marelle gourmet restaurant in Péronnas (Michelin-starred since 2006), fell under the spell of La Huchette and set themselves the challenge of renovating this sleeping beauty a few kilometers from Mâcon.
    The establishment was completely renovated, giving way to an art gallery dedicated to a variety of artists in the lobby and common areas. The famous Zuber tapestry in the main hall has been preserved.

    In 2019, Sandra and Didier Goiffon, then owners of La Marelle gourmet restaurant in Péronnas (Michelin-starred since 2006), fell under the spell of La Huchette and set themselves the challenge of renovating this sleeping beauty a few kilometers from Mâcon.
    The establishment was completely renovated, giving way to an art gallery dedicated to a variety of artists in the lobby and common areas. The famous Zuber tapestry in the main hall has been preserved.
    The restaurant regained its Michelin star in 2020, just a few months after the opening of La Huchette. Chef Didier Goiffon's dishes vary with the seasons and local produce, sourced from local producers to promote short supply chains. And to accompany the dishes, Biodynamic and Déméter wines are given pride of place, the domain reserved for Clément & Sandra Goiffon.
    At La Huchette, flavors, textures and delicate spices invite you on a delicious journey between Bresse and the Mediterranean. Each trip to La Huchette brings its own new discoveries. Didier Goiffon loves to work with fine produce: Bresse poultry, of course, but also guinea fowl, scallops and blue lobster. The menu varies with the seasons, new arrivals and the chef's whims, with two exceptions: the "Bouilla-Bresse" (available to order for a minimum of 4 people) and the "poire tapée aux morilles et au vin jaune", the starred chef's signature dessert for many years.
    The 3-star hotel now boasts 14 rooms, all unique and designer. You can come to La Huchette for a gastronomic stopover with top-quality accommodation, but also for corporate seminars (on site, cooking class challenge), exceptional events or even for an outside service as a Gastronomic Caterer.
