Wine production covers 7 hectares, with particular emphasis on traditional method sparkling wines: brut blanc, brut rosé, brut nature and demi sec; but also on AOC Bugey wines: roussette and chardonnay as well as pinot and rosé.
The milk production (in organic farming) comes from a herd of 50
beautiful cows: montbéliardes, holsteins and tarines.
